Glad you liked this one, Paul. Had to crop quite a bit to throw out some of the distractions. You have a great portfolio, and I envy your working conditions. Anson

Hi. Nice to know what it is.
As for a border, the simplest way I have done it in the past is:-
(Photoshop)
Select - all
Edit - Stroke
Change colour and number of pixels as required (3 is usually enough). This replaces the outside pixels with the colour you choose so try not to make it too big, or to not put your subject too close to the edge.
Enter
Deselect
Hope this helps a little.
All the best.
Paul

This is an edge view of a Japanese magnolia blossom petal, Paul. I attempted to make this a monochrome image, but I still see some color on my screen. Thanks so much for the border suggestion. I agree that it needs something to contain it. I will make that addition, if I can figure out how! Anson

Nice high key study of form. I don't know what the photo is of, but the shape and curves are nice.
I like the almost porcelein feel to the whites.
If I were to suggest an improvement then maybe a slight border (line) around the image to define it and stop it spilling into the website background.
