It looks like you have used the telephoto end of this cameras lens as it has stacked up the elements of the photo nicely. As you say it shows perspective.

I am not sure about the RHS because whilst it has interest, it does not add to the compo in my opinion. The interest for me in this image is the railway lines, and how they form a vanishing point in the distance.

I do like the toning.
