Thanks a lot for the information about the situation there, Vandi! Well, in such cases an real superwide angle lens helps for catching it better, I guess. Also some underexposure for enhancing the white frost on the branches, or even one or some few spot light metering on them. Of course one can also go for some isolated treets with the frost - then we lose the scene but we gain much of the look of the trees under frost.
Well, this stone, above my narrow pathway, are on a very precipitous ridge and it wasn't much width for a good perspective. The top branches had white frost on them, if I remember well. Thank you for your comments. Best regards, Vandi
Here your coloring and details are of a good quality, except for some overexposure like for example on some branches, Vandi, but the composition is such an unfinished job... It looks just as if the shutter triggered accidentally, and all is cut, and half... What was your intention, if I may ask?
