Oh and the flash is not plugged in either I just used the modelling lamp for illumination so any old incandescent lights should work

kekeke hey I aint the chef... I am just the roulade... I just discovered that all the shot I did yesty were with the WB set on Auto.. and I am sure that I had it set to Incandescent.. bugger it.. I dunn I will have to play with it to see if PS is reading the meta data correctly..

umm this was relatively easy.. given the lighting is a bit unusual.. I used the modelling light of my studio flash (only one of three turned on) in manual mode on the camera set the SS to 1/15th sec and the aperture at f5.6 and then shoot.. that what I did for most of the recent darkish looking ones... thne in PS I have an action written to desaturate the image and then to fade the desat to 53% which takes a lot of the harsh orange of the incandescent light out.. mind you I had the WBalance on cloudy days (woops) so yesty I experimented with the WB set to incandescent to sort out some of the colour issues out I will post the original of this up so you can see then one from yestys shoot with the WB set up correctly
