Thanks for your comment.
I am getting ready for what you call "one of those best momments in photography".
A week from now I'll be in Homer Alaska shoting the majestic bald eagles.
During this trip I am going to visit the Famous National Geographic photographer, Steve Kaufman.
So far the weather looks cloudy and lots of snow and rain, but if I have at least a couple of hours of light, I will be more than happy.
Soon I will share the eagle pictures with you and UF friends.

I can almost hear your heart beating. You should be very proud of this Yamil. It the rare and hard to find that makes for the best moments in photography...at least for us wild life photographers anyway.

Hi Kerry,
I am glad that you like it.
These birds are difficult to photograph.
After a few months of looking for a Loggerhead, I got this shot thanks to my friend Alex Navarro.
He showed me a nice spot in Coyote Hills- East side of the San Francisco Bay, CA.
We found 3 of them, but only this one was cooperative.
BTW, your pic of the nest is awesome.

Beautiful Yamil! Sorry to be so long in extending my thanks! I have been out of town for a couple of days, so my apologies. Thanks so much for the thought of posting for me! I love these guys... I have a post of a nest full of little ones on my portfolio as well, and couldn't get mom to settle long enough to get a good shot of her.
