What a shot! Now why didn't I think of this? Very dynamic shot with perfect depth and a really cool color . . . not temperature-wise, mind you but cool! :) Well . . . if I HAD to choose between shooting it or running it . . . ummmm . . . I love photography!
Incidentally, I looked closer at Arthur's suggestion about the closer crop and was nearly going to dismiss it, but my eye was drawn back and forth at a different feel the image seemd to have with a closer crop. Not that there is anything wrong with the posted version but I noted a couple of things. The upper left quadrant chaos is minimized by the closer crop and the shadowline on the street, which has a bend under the runner's right arm, becomes a stronger, unbroken diagonal through the composition, which is more in line with the dynamic image of movement suggested by a runner. Of course, there's the larger image of the run as a larger percentage of the composition as well. I've attached a quick cropped example for your consideration. Minimal differences as I said . . . but there are some.
