Hi Srna,
You have her posed nicely and she is exposed well enough. Some have mentioned overexposure of the background. I don't think that is a very big problem in this case. But, the difference between taking this from a good image to a very good image is those beach chairs. If they were eliminated from the image, before shooting, the image would improve a lot.
