Not sure of the focal length for I'm using my notebook computer right now and information is on my desktop. I find shooting at f/5.6 is working real well with the butterflies the way I want them to turn out. Yes I'm using my my all around L lens zoom to where I get them in frame the way I want.

Excellent shot, impressive butterfly... not so common for me, and very good focus on the eye!!! it's really unique that with the dark oval spots into it... excellent. be well Robert!
