I doubt if I am truly qualified to comment on this photograph...just incredible....and its true that we tend to cherish the same thing in different ways-I cherish this the way it is - kinda fittng into your shoes and relook!

Steve - thanks for the suggestion. I don't know that I want drama. I did play with contrast alot and ended up with what you see. it is fun to see how the emotional content varies with dynamic range. Thanks again for the insight. John B

A really fine capture, John. I do think the generally even tones detract from the drama of the action. You might consider converting to grey scale and playing with the contrast a bit to heighten the drama. I've attached a very quick example of what I mean. Steve
