Actually I waited for a while for this shot to come together to introduce a bit of movement into an otherwise quite static shot.I liked the S-shaped composition which takes the eye through the scene.tThanks for commenting, Tony

Marvellous work, nice and sharp. For me this has a biblical feel to it, or at least that's where my imagination goes. Re AJ's comment: I like the portrait format, the idea of the shepherd looking down on his flock.

I'm struggling with this one a little, Tony. I've reduced it in size so that I can see all of it on the screen, and I find my eyes pulled between the shepherd and animals at the top and the goat at the bottom. What I'm seeing working for me here is a landscape format of the top half of the image. Please tell me if I'm wrong (I'd love to be able to get into more detailed discussions on UF...)
