About I know this is a little soft. I was hand holding a 300mm lens. Even though I used a fast shutter speed, 1/8000, it still got a little blurred. I did just a tad of sharpening in CS3 but, this was the best I could get.
I should add that my camera was on manuel exposure, and the flash was at -2/3.
