Txules, you've pulled off yet again another great 'dark' image. The subtle lighting is as if divine and the colored silk robes give it much appeal. The angle doesn't bother me, the fact that is partially hidden adds misteriousness.

How did you get those beautiful tones? Remindes me of Dutch classical painters. The monk would be proud to have this on his wall my friend.

Muy interesante, parece una escena de "el nombre de la rosa"...:-), aquí no sé si el color es la mejor elección, yo la veo mejor en B&W.

yep John, I promise you I tried but this picture was taken with a tele in an overcrowded church, so did my best; anyway not unhappy with the final result; thanks for the input mate....txules

Great portrait, amazing lighting, very nice elements...perchaps I could ask from you a point of view little bit more to your left to have all the man's face into the photo and not cutted from that wood like that... minor element...just a taste only. be well!
