There is a certain moisture in the shot. It's a created wet atmosphere, may be, deliberately keeping the colours not so vivid. The depth of field takes you further seeking for more. Extra-ordinary combination of colours.
You really are WOW.

Wonderful, looks like from a great fairy tale, like an unreal world where we can hide if that´s really needed. I love some kind of unreal feeling in this real photo. So nicely captured, great choice of making it in coulours, that beauty is so wonderful.

Hi Gary, not exactly but that movie is really fascinating and has some landscapes that can reminds this picture; this was taken on the way of St James near Santiago city, that you know well; I made this way on foot for the last 115 km very recently; the weather was awful but good enough for taking pictures, thanks for the comment Gary

This reminds me so much of a scene from the Spanish movie, Pan's Labyrinth. Was that your inspiration, or just a coincidence in my head? It's the sort of scene that fairytales come from.
