About I don't know if the many buds in and out of focus did capture something of the look of that tree. I guess keeping all of them in focus would help it a lot. Any comments would be very welcome.

Thanks a lot again, Vandi!

Well, I am inclined now to try something like that again but using Saad's idea.

Cheers!

Well, that's more the spectator and less the photographer, isn't it Irena-Marta. Anything like remembrance, associations, suggestive thinking is a good part of the interpretation. Photography is much more than mere interpretation, though. All things can be interpreted, but way not all things are photography, ey?

Cheers!

Hi Burim and thanks a lot for the very enlighting comment! Actually I am now inclined to do as Saad described, but I completely see what you mean! It was exactly that kind of chaotic multitude that I found so interesting!

Thanks again and cheers!

This I name a good idea, Saad! I understand exactly what you say, and I can really imagine that this would be the best way to solve my problem!

Thanks a lot for this valuable hint! I'm going to try that very soon!

Cheers!

Very nice... especially the softness which disturb the sense of touch (synesthesia). I like white flowers.

Another great shot from you Nick with great concept, compo, light and details

I really like your focus on this one where objects closer or further from the main focus point go blurry, leaving us to understand that everything beyond the artists interest point is irelevant, this is like when you describe to someone where a shop or a store is and you tell him the exact location, it is not the shop before or the shop after, it is exactly the one that the person described to you.
Another thing I like in here are the trees that create a pattern sort of like the brain patterns which one has no exact shape or form, but rather caotic and irregular but at the same time planned to the smallest details, exactly the same thing in here with the branches that leaves us to understand how complicated but yet how beautyful nature can be.

Cheers Nick and make sure you stop by my portfolio and check my two last photos, I would like to hear your opinion on them.

Regards
Burim

yes and no my dear Nick, few buds in focus will represent all,and are enough for the viewer, you have to choose not a very dens area of the tree, take focus of what you want, blur some for framing, and blur a background as if you print the focused buds on it,I could imagine the result if you just focus closer to include less buds,my regards,
Saad.
