No injuries, thank God, but it did fall across the driveway leading to the cabin. All we were able to do is cut it off at the base and pull it out of the driveway. I have heard that a favorite hangout for overheated NewYorkers is the movies. Keep cool. Anson

Oh no! Did you get hit by the storm they were talking about on the news? I hope you didn't have any damage to the cabin and everyone is ok. Very hot here as well, it has been brutal these past few days. Well I keep saying, it could always be worse! More hugs :) Julie.

I need extra hugs on this one, dear Julie, since I have been waiting all day for some workmen to remove a fallen tree in the front yard here. You are too kind, Julie but I also like this simple blossom very much, however, it didn't survive a very hot day here. Hugs for the week. Anson

Thank you for the nice comment, rino. A tiny bloom only about 3 cm in diameter and blooming alone in my storm drain. Regards. Anson

WOW! You outdid yourself on this one my dear friend. Everything here is so amazing. Let me see where I can begin, the leading lines of the petals drives my eye right into the bright tunnel of this delicate flower, the color is amazing, the DOF fantastic! I love everything about it dear Anson. Another one of your floral into my favorites my dear friend. Extra hugs for this one :) Julie.

The colors and light were what attracted me too, Francisco, along with the brightness of the white segment. Thanks for stopping. Anson
