Perhaps it needed a bit of rotation to the left, Dave, but this doesn't diminish at all the amazement of the many great details in such a manifold of colors and shapes under the very visible care of the keepers of the place. We see exactly what a garden was meant as, and what a garden was meant for. We can see the excellent state of all the plans and trees that were put at the very right place. So the image is (also) a small bravo to the gardeners in this case, two of which we see at work in the image.
But the image caught also that atmosphere on a sunny day in the garden, when the place somehow seems to interact with the mood of the visitor, making him just wanting to sit down there and just look around with a very simple kind of inner smile.
The perspective with the path leading to the background between all those colors is exactly the right one, I think. Some few "unifinished" details of composition, like for example the piece of sky back there, also don't really take the charm of the image away.
