Al Baha Hospital at 3000 meters ASL. The hospital serves a large rural area, staff and employees 1982 were for a large part USA expatriates. I frequently visited the hospital for service on diagnostic xray equipment.

============================= Al-Baha region is one of the most beautiful Saudi Arabia's provinces, located in the Southwestern part of the Kingdom. Its geographical location has made it an active link between Holy Makkah and Asir areas. The marble village (Zee Ain) is one of the main touristic places and can be considered a landmark for the region
A lot of natural scenes you can enjoy in Al-Baha including animal natural life, winter snow, water falls, and variety of forests. Also, you can enjoy the trip using Telpherage (Cable Car) in Al-Kom3 region. If you miss the sea, you can enjoy the red sea in Knofoda beach that is 1 hour by the car from Al-Baha. I corrected it, better ? Desolation, OK I am happy because everytime I went there I felt totally isolated. The guest room had a bed and you could hardly move your *ss, that small. And personell were friendly but it takes time before you are accepted, they have their own subgroups. harry
