thnx paul...i am glad you didnt misunderstood me...it was indeed my will to help... i suggest to use less number of flashes. i usually only use one, but a big octabox (about 140 cm in diameter). if it would be placed on the same place, where your mainlight now coming from, the shadows should be softer. its usually not necessary to user a fill light then like a reflector. if you do, there would be no shadow maybe and the skin would look a lil bit "flat"... and hehe...you are already good paul...
best regards h

Thank you VERY much for your feedback, Herwig! Your consummate artistry makes me pay attention when you have a suggestion. ;)
I overlooked the bit of white on her bottom - and I'll fix it.
I also agree the light fall-off is harsh. I HAD a 3-light setup, but one of them blew out before my first shot, so the whole session was with 2 lights. In this shot, I should have used my reflector to soften the shadows.
Again, THANKS! I am thick-skinned and always receive critiques in the helpful tone they are intended, so feel free to bring me more of this. When I grow up, I want to be as good as YOU. (seriously).

wow...what great nice eyes!!! the outfit is great here paul. i am not sure bout the white slip. its some kinda nice, but somehow disturbing. light-fall-off on her face is a lil bit too harsh to me, but acceptable...
only my oppinion...
best regards h

If you mean the hair light at the top, no, it's now blown out. I always use the recover feature in the PS Raw loader if they are, but it wasn't necessary in this shot - it's just bright.
Thanks for the comment and the question, Philip.

Hey, Paul!
Another fine portrait. You do these so well!
The only query I have is concerning the 'white' patches in her hair. Is that area 'blown out'?
Cheers
Phil
