I went through some of my past posts here and you got it right. When I used my grey backdrop, the pictures came out really nice. Right now I use fabric for all of my backdrops. A few people have mentioned using colored paper. I don't have strobes at the moment, but when I do get them I will try your suggestions and see how things look. Thanks for the advice.

You can never go wrong with light gray seamless, Clay. If I need some background color, I gel a strobe to get me there. If I use a grid and angle away from the back wall, I can have a black background. If I point a couple strobes at it and blast away, I can have a high-key white.

Thanks Paul. Lately I think some of my backdrops have been to much of a contrast with the model and the pictures look like I pasted the model into the picture. Somehow I need to soften the picture or use a different backdrop.
