Thanks, dr Mimi! This is the result of five exposures taken hand held (elbows supported.) Not the best technique, but I had no room for a tripod. ISO is 200.

Hi Tim! I'm glad you like it! However, it is not nearly as cool as your stuff! I regret that I can only see your images in the small thumbnail size. That's because I did not donate! Got tired of usefilm but still post on my Pbase site. The D700 is a near perfect camera considering specifications and price - yes, I like! However, I still will be using the D300 for the 1.5x magnification factor.

Hi, Pat! Nice to hear from you! I'm enjoying my D700 and new lenses. Bought the 14-24, yesterday, now got to learn to use it well! Yet, I've let my usefilm "donation" lapse. To be honest, I have not enjoyed posting here for some time. I still have my Pbase site to which I can post as many photos and whenever I feel like. Here, I am also not dwelling on either making or receiving comments. I'll check on what you are doing, 'though! Thanks again, Pat!

Oops, I found it, Eb. I'll go against the grain here and say I like the previous one better because it looks more natural. It was perfect as is in my humble opinion. This one just seems to be all over as far as contrast and too much saturation, but it does have artistic quality. I'm not saying its bad, I just like the original version better. :)
