Saad,
The area I live in has a underground with sand. 10000 years ago the wind was blowing them to sand dunes and fens. First growth was from heath, followed by birchtree and other vegetation. When a plant or tree dies it is decomposed into compost, black earth. In 10000 years the layer is about 1 to 3 meters thick

A sight that both our Nations are familiar with Wolf. Nothing but rain and high winds lately and I don't think I'll be going out in it today . Great shot revealing the waterlogged furrows with their reflections. Great tones and details too. Well done. Best wishes.....Ray
