OK amigo, I understand. Still I like to refer to Alfred Hitchcock. With b/w film he created horror, suspense, fear and darkness with his plot ............

No pills, stay yourself, make errors and learn.
Thats all :) :)

roots?. look at my first woks several years ago, it's quite similar, I've always postprocesed my images. some heavily I know; you can not ask me for making something different, it's my style, good or bad, well probably bad; would you ask Carl to abandon his heavily postprocesed images and scans, of course not, the important is the final result and in his case the result is impressive; natural images, what is that?, I do not want to show a natural image, i want to show how this image is represented in my brain/mind and there postprocess is quite good but badly many times i can not make a good translation to the screen/print
...but you are right sometimes a bad or heavyly postprocess can ruin a decent image; i have to control myself, perhaps I need some pills :)))

Yes, editors love you jejejejejeje even if you stick out the tongue to them jejejeje

I have a feeling you need to go back to the roots, natural work like avi does. All that postprocessing is killing your real talent and you keep spinning in a circle.

Uh about insomnia, was it your girl again that needed your certain bodypart .... tsssssk :-)
be well

jeje, my sense of humour today is quite bad you are not the only one with insomnia, I slept one hour today and not due to a shift :(
anyway, you are right it looks artificial and it's; it was an special work for Gustavo and I overdid it, but I'm fe* up with my pictures lately but who knows perhaps i get an award, you know editors love me :)
take care....jd

Doc hates titles and critique. True or false ?
Strong parts in this image are fron flower with selective light and the b/g colors and fading. Fading, I love the two faded flowers in center, I dont know about the last two flowers in contre jour. Feels artificial. OK I stop moaning bcse I cannot do it better as you on the moment, you know why.
And ismy critique important ? If you get an DOID I'll be forgotten. So what matters ?

Be well

Dramática y magnífica. Estupenda para Baudelaire.
Un trabajo muy fino, como siempre.
un abrazo,
Malules
