beautiful light and very good warm tones
i would only try not to have fishermen in the centre of the photo, having them a little bit on the left could improve the whole composition
But of course I like it anyway!

A good reduced color palette that really captures the light of that time of the day, supriyo. The black silhouettes over the dark golden sky and the complementary (almost unperceivable) blue tones tones of the sea always have something special on such a scene.
It could be less centered, I guess, for a more pronounced perspective of the place. But still a good one.
