I do think that the great contours and details of the bottom/middle part of that sweep had to be all over the object. Still the lighting is fantastic as a potential ground on which such details may fully develop their own character. Now, if those details would fully developed too.... It would be just like throwing the seeds to the best possible ground!
Good as it is, but I would be so glad to see that another time, with the whole sweep in focus. Keep all the rest as it is, it is perfect! But take that sweep in your DoF completely. It is to make something special out of something so ordinary then!

Excellent... the subject already adds a lot about the old times, and a million of toughs cames to the watcher's mind watching that, great of course in greyscale... I think that is a must here.
