Those eyes! Well wind blown hair.
The only thing wrong is the hair down the middle of the face is distracting though, if it was just off centre!

For me, this would have been a great portrait if that strand of hair coming down her face wasn't there. It almost completely eliminates the nose, and even gives a sort of moustachey impression with the way it comes down to the upper lip. I like all the rest of the image.
