About I think it suffered clipping due to overexposure again, but anything else? Any ideas? Can clipping alone be responsible for that? :-/

Nice to know that, Ian. Unfortunately I still see that. :-( Anyway, thanks a lot!

Thanks a lot, Dan! Well, the blue-ish end of the color range is rather unnatural here. It was only dust and dirt and should be more grey. Despite the fact that I don't do any post processing other than cropping and adding some frame, raising the contrast here would further enhance those "glares" on the white parts and (pressumably) also the blue-ish tones. Or wouldn't it? (Attachment - looks rather... solarized, doesn't it?)

Cheers and thank you very much!

Raised contrast after Dan's idea

I think that much of it was eaten up by the overexposed parts, Dave. Thanks a lot, nevertheless.

Cheers!

Nice shot Nick, I like the colour ranges and tones here. Very nicely balanced composition. Maybe you could have added a little more contrast in post processing

So it must be a real good coincidence that I can do that already with my camera and no additional applications, Fabio. Thank you so much for caring about my photographic happiness.

Thanks a lot, Marcio, I am doing well. Hopefully the same goes for you too?

The "blue" side was simply... dust and dirt from the city! (Poor building.) The red was the real coloring. Still I have my problems with the details, that is, since I have a lot of clipping.

Anyway, I also think that a greater DoF could be better than the restricted one of this image. So some additional tries will be necessary, if I get to Milan again some day.

Thanks a lot!

Thanks a lot, Saad!

I really wished the beautiful sculptured would have been as beautifully burned on the image, though.

Cheers!

Hi Nick are you ok?
Good to see your posts again to our thinking and learning ...
Blue and red side..nice picture !!
I think all the details are very good..also the blurred of the background , but also show these details would be a good idea too. Hugs.
