I enjoy how the d1 gives a similar appearance to kodachrome 200 under heavy overcast/snow reflection lighting, this shot is part of an ongoing excercise in minimal depth of field (almost used that category) and background selection/blurr - which is exactly what I explained to Nikki to get her to cooperate with me (which explains why the pose has that "stand over there" look, if you were wondering.) Shot heavily cropped from a vertical composition~
WOW! Terrence, I'm with Maggie about the separation. Gives quite the 3-d look. Beatiful skin tone. Nice lighting. Great job.

ohhh Terry...love this portrait. The way the model is separated from the background and even though the background is busy it seems to work very well here. Nice one *smile*...Maggie
