Hi Sandy,
It has been a while since being in your hood so to speak. I painted a few painting from that part of Canada while driving by and was inspired to come back at some point soon. I love the protruding granite and aberrant ponds through out the area.

yes this is pretty much the brilliant type of color at this time of the year. The fantastic colors are what makes a full day of hiking in worth it.
