Thank you for your detailed comment on my "Intertwined." The photo was taken at "Sdeh Boker", where Ben-Gurion, our first Prime Minister retired to, to fulfill his wish to populate the desert. He is buried there & an academy for the study of desert-life has been established there to commemorate his name.

Oh ok then, it's a wild flower ;-). This shot was taken with my most favourite P&S camera of all time the Canon G3, I have now owned most of the G Series and this was definately my favourite, low image noise and crisp pictures for 4 MP, would still vival most P&S. I love flowers and especially marco work. I will post some more for you.

If it is indeed a weed(I prefer the term wild flower) then it is a very beautiful weed Dan and you have captured it's beauty with excellence. The tones are gorgeous, the details wonderful and the dof is just superb. Great photography and I do so love floral studies. Cheers again my friend.....Ray
