Kind? Well, I just say what I see, Dan. And sometimes this sounds "kind", sometimes it sounds "unkind" too. ;-)

Cheers!

I am happy with this shot, have been to this location a few times around autumn and it never seems so colourful as this day, even the next day was rubbish. It is amazing how when everything somes together how different the results are quite outstanding and others not. Thanks so much Ania for your comments

Yes, I lay myself back and enjoy good photography, which is still with us, thanks heavens! The coloring and the details on the foliage are marvelous, Dan. They absolutely convey the strong sunlight and the atmosphere. There is some overexposure on some swimming ducks (or whatever they are), but this time also this small issue does contribute to the overall sunny look of the image. It turns the reflections on the water as strong as they have to be for that. I don't know if some half step less exposure could get the details of the ducks and still maintain that strong light.

The composition is another plus as it does allow the perspective to evolve in a way that the image doesn't remain flat. Perphaps some tweaking could be good for a bit more enhancement of that, but it is already anything else than two-dimensional.

Good one!

Nick
