I will type very, very slowly so you can understand (kekekekekeke) In America, if you build a fence, the smooth and nice side of the fence should always face the neighbor. The "post" and "hinge" side of the fence should face you, the person who built the fence. My neighbor had this fence built and he set the rough and "hinge" side facing me... so people who walk or drive by see the fence and the hanging gate and the bad workmanship and they think "I" built the fence. My neighbor built the fence but he set it so he would not be responsible for the criticism.... He built an abomination and made people think I was the one who built it. Oh my... it makes my blood oil. I can build a fench MUCH better than this one...
