Changes to the school system in the Province of Ontario by the conservative government lead to the discontent of students and their teachers. Such changes included larger classrooms and compulsary writing skills test.
Hi. The purpose of this image is merely informing the viewer of what happened that day regardless of my personal political views. However, I should say that I am against the increase in class size, but I am not against a writing test provided that proper courses and opportunities are given to the student before being tested for it. Since I did not get my high school education in Canada, I am not sure how adequate the courses are. If the courses are fairly good for the student, then why they have problem writing? Please keep giving me your critiques.
Hi, Interesting shot. The sign speaks the truth :-)Although, I'm not sure I'm altogether against compulsory writing or science tests. I seem to remember doing them when I went through high school.
