yip, i have upgraded it, thought it lost the HDR video! but i found it again,, umm i would use RAW, but it only dose it in 640x480 mode and i like the wide screen mode better but RAW cant do it in there, so ill leve the RAW out unless Canon upgrades it to wide screen as well, :)

yes WOW for the zoom,and a more big WOW for it can take a raw shot if you upgrade its firmware,
