Extremely well done textural work on skin, Gustavo! Here the image has such string photorealistic attitudes that we can't say any more of it is PS work or a photo of a real existing person. The textures follow the anaglyphon of the face and body in such a way that the result is rather a sculpture in the ancient greek technique combined woth artistic manners of post-modernity. Even the color palette is exactly matching the whole look and feel.
See what I mean? On this one you didn't simply work with PS. You constructed something, an object, a face, in such a way that it appears like a material photography of your mental worls in front of my eyes. Only on the areas around the right eye and ear you could be a bit more exact.
Very well thought out and done.

Gracias Luis, yo estoy muy contento con esta imagen y la quería compartir con vos...:-), por un lado quise que "saliera de las sombras", pero ahora que la veo en mi notebook, creo que aparecen las sombras en la cara mas oscuras de lo que las puse en el original en mi PC, además las puedo atenuar siguiendo tu consejo que es muy acertado... hoy me siento a mejorarla en casa...:-)

Hola Gus...estaba en deuda por esta foto que subiste, mantiene esa vigencia medio andrógina o cuanto menos difusa.- La paleta de colores me parece excelente y la edición digital es un trabajo interesante y complejo, se que sos medio obse con ese tipo de laburo.- Las imágenes fantasmales oníricas fantasticas siempre han sido mi debilidad y esta no es la excepción (algunas de mis fotos del primer período tenían esa búsqueda).- En realidad poco me interesan los secretos que contás al aclarar, creo que el artista es como un mago...cuando cuenta el truco rompe el encanto, no se trata de una crítica o reproche personal, sino de una opinión personal.- Ahora bien...no sería fiel a mi estilo "cabronesco" sino te planteara que... en mi monitor a la izquierda de la cara hay como un "negro y bordes duros" sin detalles, lo que no altera el mensaje o la potencia, pero le quita puntos para llegar al tope; es un punto de vista; otro podría ser un desequilibrio deliberado (medio exagerado y lejos de Duchamp) En suma una IMAGEN alucinada con gran potencia expresiva, lograda, con efectos de retoque sutiles pictóricos.- Definitivamente me gusta de ONDA !!!! Abrazos afectuosos.- Ta bueno lo que dice Lound...creo que sintonizó LUIGGI

As cores em vermelho parecem realmente sangue.
A iluminação e sombra dá um toque especial a imagem assustadora e pertubante..mesmo que o belo tente nos confundir.
The colors look really red in blood.

I find this image very powerful and unnerving. There's violence here: the eye lands first on the eyes and forehead. Then we gaze at the mouth, and we notice the raw, torn, flesh on the nape of the neck and elsewhere. And we think: "what's going on"? Then the eye returns to the angle of the mouth and lips (of what can they speak?) and finally back to those beautiful, troubled eyes, and stay there. For a long time. What are they telling us?
