Having read the other comments and replies my dear Saad I can see why Gary thought what he did BUT it is too ornate to be jail bars and I think you may be right, the harem is high in contention. It makes a good architectural abstract my friend. Windows that cannot open are as bad as doors permanently sealed. All the very best........Ray

I have shot this window at TobKabi, it is the state palace of the Ottomans Sultans till eighteen seventies,I am not sure to what sector it belongs, but at editing of the shot ,I told myself what a window is this ? and hence the title. between us I have a thought it may belongs to the Harem sectors, but I have ruled that assumption cause I didn't visit it , and not, a reply to your may be,you are thinking quite reasonably, have my best regards, Saad.

A willing to be free... in different aspects of freedom. That's what I feel...
But I also see nice tones of the blue color ;)
Best wishes, Ania

I'm not sure I'm getting it Saad (a jail?), but it's a good window with the blue paint and the little diamond patterns on the ironwork. Maybe I think too much! Regards, Gary
