Depth is not achieved by using "blurring" as sonthing similar to limited DoF, Gustavo. One needs leading lines, extremely wide DoF and definite direction. Such images like this one are nice but they always have the depth of 2mm in their niceness.

No. No additional objects would add the ait to breath, Gustavo. Many times you add and add and add and add objects, and you change nothing at all. It is the flatness of your images of this style, not the missing of even more objects that steals so much of the potential impact. You need more *space*! Use at last also some more perspective-like background. Do that at last!

Gracias Nick, muy buenas tus observaciones. Además de más espacio, de más "aire", yo pienso que lo que le falta es algo de "viento", como que se llevara volando los sombreros, tal vez incluso con la adición de hojas secas también llevadas por el viento...eso además de una cierta frescura le daría un dinamismo renovado. En fin, es un trabajo para seguir perfeccionándolo...:-)

This one has a dofferent effect than many of your posted images, Gustavo. It is lighter and not as "loaded", I would say. The solid nature of the hats, as they are built up by filling patterns rather than by limiting lines, is very interesting. I don't know if the correspondence of the apple with the smaller apples on the hats is strog enough for a mapping but the big apple does look nice there. I would try to add much moe depth, though, much more perspective in order to let the hats look like being in "big space".
