Well it looks pretty normal to me, Dave! At least this is what we are used to seeing! Will be glad when the long, long winter is over! BTW, thanks for the comment on 'Chorus Line" - I didn't know until I opened your comment! Thanks again!

Good recognition of favorable lighting. It could benefit from more resolution.

Hm... yes, it feels a little bit unsharp or strange quality, and I think the gray colour of the frame is no good. BUT I think it's a very beautiful photo anyway, because the composition is excellent and I love the view! Very beautiful with the fog as well, and since the fog is there I don't mind that there are no clouds. If clouds would be there it would be harder to see the fog. Wonderful photo!

I understand what Lorenzo is say, the original print was cropped heavily top and bottom and possibly the scanning makes it look a little flat. Most of the original foreground was in shadow and a light covering of frost so it was cropped. Roland Le Gall will probably add some clouds for me if he sees this one:-). This is very typical of Tasmanian skys - no cloud cover at all which is why so many frosts. From April through November in this part.

Great light and view! The compression this picture has makes me thing that it was shot with a telephoto lens, not at 35 mm, only my opinion...
