Great image with the choice of tone and lack of sharpness.
Syamantak, I usually agree with the basic rules, but this image seems to beg for person viewing it to get out of the picture... and find shelter.... No?
Just my own thoughts when initially viewing it, was where to hide from all that rain........ off to the side and under those trees was where my eyes were drawn to hide.

achha ektu boli...chhobitar mood achhe..but..composition loose hoye gechhe...
1. left side-er trees and bushes are overwhelmingly black..which unnecessarily draw eyes toward it
2. Chhobitar right side-e ardheker-o beshi space pray fnaka...chokh kono point of interest khuje pachhena...ideally, garita aro pichhone jokhon chhilo tokhon click korle hoto...eita ektu unbalanced hoye jachhe...to explain it in another way...pundit's say that your subject should always be placed in such a way that the eyes are drawn into the picture..here, the moving cart draws them out..taai na?
