i guess it is much more like a Kentucky artificial chicken than anything else; not to blame your photographic skills as much as your subjects, i think they are the perfect example of how cheap one can get!
but, if i look at it from the technical perspective of photography, i really do not see anything attractive; like light, omposition or tonal range or... . nor the subject; just some "cheap wanna seduce you" s.l.u.t.t.y. look. the only thing worth here, i find, the plastic where your subject is laying which could, possibly, hint onto her being plastic too; and yes, she's succesful on that!
