The perspective seems a little elongated in the vertical spect, perhaps you intended this. For me this looks like an intensely personal moment, I like the grain, as usual

superb and fine,I have compared the emotion she shows to the emotions of the standing tall bushes in the background,just to show the difference between the feelings of hemoglobin and the chlorophyll,between the iron and copper, and between the flesh and cellulose.
