I noticed this situation at Schiphol Airport, you might guess when. As a candid capture does not allow using flash and the globe was lighted only at the front size (indicating daylight) I could not focus so much on the man (facing night time). Higher film speed would have given me even more noise on his face.
With all the above constraints I had to capture the candid, reacting discretely and quickly maybe also sacrifice technical issues. As somebody on UF previously called me more a "subject" photographer that could be the truth. My drive was catching the situation above all, whatever the result. Maybe I also was lost in space and time ... at this place and for some moment.
Ben je niet een ietsiepietsie te vroeg Paul..? Het mooie van zo'n grote aardbol is dat je duidelijk kan zien waar landen en gebieden zich bevinden...Groetjes,riny
