superb! Judy this one is MAGIC!!! YOu're great! (you mean you can't capture the refraction inside a crystal object? it's simple, but you have to put lot of patience, moving slowly the camera until you capture a ray of light and get the colour you want ;) )

The dark mushrooms seem very mysterious here, as if they are in their own little world, unintruded on by the light of day. I like how you show the delicate underbelly of the mushrooms. In terms of a composition, I am distracted by your initials in the border, which pulls my eye away from the subject. To my eye, the image would be stronger without them, or maybe if they were smaller and printed in a more subtle color. Personally, I'd prefer no initials, but that might be just my own viewpoint.
Very interesting work.

This is really excellent, Judy! I love the glowing light from beneath - it makes them look alive! The wonderful colors and textures on the bottom of the larger mushroom are just amazing. It almost looks like some kind of jellyfish. Very well done!

Now this one I really love...I like the dark lighting and the composition...the darkness makes me think of it being in a forest...the lighting is just subtle enough to see the familiar shapes and as always, an excellent presentation...beautiful work once again
