i understand what you wanted to do, and here is a tip a great man taught me it.
if you and to show a humen movemint let it be as a gost, that by lowing doing the speed under the 30 so any movment around the subject you will take will show as transparent with the movment action.
i hope i didn't confuse you. =D

Actually i intentionally kept that man in the left. I got same frame without him also...it was the composition where i tried to do something different. I guess doesnt work though...

hya amio tai chaichilam. actually my intention was to freeze the moment when someone just enters the frame. I clicked a few but none was perfect. This was bit better amongst all those :(

Good comp.The high contrast monochrome look gels well with the dilapidated ambiance of the building and it's inhabitants.Love the inclusion of the crow .My only suggestion is that you could have included a little more of the blurred fig.
