With a shutter speed of 1/30s it would look approximately like the attachment, Nanda.

The info about the used folm is here, the characteristics of the film responce are available on the web, the exposure value is easy to be calculated from sgutter soeed and aperture, and thus you could use PS for doing a small "what if" analysis before suggesting specific setiings.
