The comp is good but the lighting is very harsh. I am betting that this was shot around noon? It als seem to be a bit soft and I checked out a few of your other shot so I am thinking that your camera dosn't focus that well. Shoot this same shot on a cloudy day or in the shade the picture will look tons better.
