Bierzemy 12 miesiecy, oczyszczamy z goryczy,chciwosci,malostkowosci i leku,
po czym rozkrajamy kazy miesiac na 30 lub 31 czesci tak,aby zapasu starczylo na caly rok.
Kazdy dzien przyrzadzamy osobno z jednego kawalka pracy i dwoch kawalkow pogody i humoru.
Do tego dodajemy trzy duze lyzki nagromadzonego optymizmu, lyzeczke tolerancji,ziarenko ironii i drobine taktu.
Nastepnie cala mase polewamy duza iloscia milosci.
Gotowa potrawe przyozdabiamy bukietem uprzejmosci,po czym podajemy codziennie z radoscia i filizanka dobrej,orzezwiajacej herbaty.
