About	This F-80 Shooting Star is on public display on the end of main street in Brewster. Its been there over 50 years and looks out over the Columbia River.

You are correct its an F-80 which is an earlier version of the F-84. I got several different angles of this plane. Its on a mount about 10 feet off the ground and this was my best shot. The lighting was late in the afternoon and the background could have been cleaned out but I left it as I saw it. Thanks for the correction.

The picture is reasonably sharp and well exposed. The colors are so mute that I wonder if it would look better in B+W. The background clutter is the main problem here, you might try some other shooting angles to minimize the distractions. By the way, it's an F80 Shooting Star.
