About Even before the ice left the pond (shot taken March 17th, local conservation area) the geese started staking out territories. This pair didn't like another pair that was getting too close, and started to chase them. It's too bad there were too many cattails in my way to get the fight scene, there was a lot of honking and flapping for about 10 seconds. I would have also liked some more light/speed for better focus.
