I think you are succeding quite well Sanjib. It is one thing to take story type images of animals in zoo settings and quite another to get great captures like this in real natural wildlife settings. I believe a lot of people don't appreciate the patience and skill it takes. Andre

Thank you very much Andre for your comments and it is true there are not much good wildlife photographs in Usefilm I don't know why? Your observation is right I always try to catch some action which can tell you a story. I am trying don't know how much I am succeeding!

Sanjib, I notice that with quite a lot of your posted Bird images, you strive to add some extra interest to the composition. I've been told that this is the next step to creating lasting interest in our images. It seems you are succeeding!
Sure a beautiful, well detailed image of a "bird on a stick" is great for identification and admiring the beauty of a bird, but, a story image such as this takes the image into another dimension.
You might have been concerned about the softness of the Flicker inside the tree in this case. I don't think it is a problem in this case. The image works well!
