While I agree with Paolo, you have taken a much photographed site,although he feels abused, and given it a new slant. Your isolation of the building from the people and life that makes this place what it is, renders the photo just a photo of a building. I don't understand the Slanted angle of view or the out of focus.
A really interesting work you have done here! I only complain about the soft focus in some parts, but you have been able to make an abused subject, the reflection, really interesting.
